On March 15, 2022, the Government of Togo and MIGA hosted a roundtable dialogue on foreign direct investment (FDI) in Sub-Saharan Africa against the backdrop of building back better from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, a global climate action initiative, and an evolving investment landscape.

This FDI roundtable event gave the most senior executives from MIGA’s client base and most senior government officials from Côte d'Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Gabon, Guinea, Senegal, and Togo an exclusive opportunity to meet face to face and discuss issues around attracting and facilitating private capital into African countries, with a view to improving investment conditions and increasing cross-border investments.
