This document sets out the Access to Information Policy (the “Policy”) of the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency regarding the scope of information that it makes available to the public either as a routine matter or upon request.
MIGA believes that transparency and accountability are fundamental to fulfilling its development mandate and to strengthening public trust in MIGA and its clients. This Policy reaffirms and reflects MIGA’s commitment to enhance transparency about its activities and promote good governance.
