Project Description
In fiscal year 2010, MIGA issued a guarantee of $5.4 million to Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa covering its non-shareholder loan to Africa Juice Tibila Share Company. In fiscal year 2015, the contract was amended to provide additional coverage of $1.1 million as a result of amendments to the loan agreement. The scope of the project has not changed. Please refer to the brief issued in fiscal year 2010.[1]
