Marc Roex

Senior Underwriter

Marc Roex is a senior underwriter with the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), a member of the World Bank Group. His primary responsibility is the syndication of MIGA’s larger projects, for which he attracted over USD 1 billion of capacity in the private and public (re)insurance markets. Before joining MIGA in 2000, Marc worked as a Vice President in the Structured Trade and Export Finance department of Rabobank International in the Netherlands and led a team of underwriters at the Medium Term Business department of Atradius, the Dutch export credit agency. Marc Roex, a Belgian national, is an alumnus of the University of Antwerp, where he studied applied economics.
