Layali Abdeen

Layali Abdeen is MIGA’s Head of Middle East and Egypt, based in Dubai. 

Layali has extensive experience working in various sectors in the Middle East including energy, agriculture, and manufacturing and she contributes to MIGA's business development efforts in the region. 

Prior to joining MIGA in 2010, Abdeen was an Investor Relations Manager at Palestine Development and Investment Ltd (PADCIO Holding). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Political Science from Birzeit University and a Master’s Degree in Economics from the same university.
