Overview
MIGA provides investment insurance (guarantees) for projects in a wide variety of sectors, covering all regions of the world. We believe that transparency and accountability are fundamental to fulfilling our development mandate and to strengthening public trust in MIGA and our clients. We provide the following information on MIGA guarantees:
Summaries of proposed guarantees (SPGs) are provided prior to consideration by MIGA’s Board and before final contract signing.
Project briefs are disclosed after Board consideration and contract signing and reflect the terms of the project at the time of contract signature.
Environmental and Social Review Summaries are provided for project assigned an Environmental Assessment Category of A or B.
